Emma Rose Kenney has been an actress for over a decade. She played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless in the year 2011 to 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her character in the 10th season of Roseanne and its spin-off The Conners. Kenney was born at New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly from the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer) is her mother. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless costar.
